  • You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been packed or shipped.

  • After the 1-hour window, cancellations may no longer be possible due to order processing.


📦 How to Cancel an Order

  3. Select the item you wish to cancel.

🚚 Orders Already Shipped

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

💳 Refunds on Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

    📦 How to Cancel

    2. Select the order you'd like to cancel.

    3. If cancellation is available, click Cancel Order.

    4. For marketplace items, the seller will be notified and may approve or decline the request based on the order status.

    You’ll receive an email notification once the cancellation is confirmed.


    🚚 If the Order Has Already Shipped

    • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

    • You can still request a Return or Refund after receiving the item, based on our [Return & Refund Policy] and the seller’s return terms.
