↩️ Return Policy – NAIJAZON

At Naijazon, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with a product, you may be eligible to return it under the conditions outlined below.


Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition

  • The return is requested within the eligible return window (see below)


Return Window

  • Standard Products: Return within 7–10 days from the date of delivery

  • Electronics & Appliances: Return within 7 days only if damaged or not working

  • Fashion Items: Return within 10 days if unused and in original packaging

  • Marketplace Seller Products: Return periods vary and are displayed on the product page


Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products

  • Digital goods and downloadable content

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase

  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories, or invoices


📦 Return Process

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders

  2. Select the item and click Request Return

  3. Choose a reason and submit the request

  4. We or the seller will arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back

  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be initiated


🚚 Return Pickup & Shipping

  • For most eligible returns, we offer free pickup.

  • In some cases, you may be asked to self-ship the item to a provided address.

  • Items must be packed securely to avoid damage in transit.


🔁 Replacement Policy

  • Replacements are issued only if the same item is in stock.

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be processed.


🛒 Marketplace Seller Returns

  • Products sold by third-party sellers may have different return policies.

  • Check the seller return policy on the product page before purchase.

  • Naijazon will assist in disputes if the seller fails to honor a valid return.
